Hi Definians!
As we are approaching the official launch, we have been speedily fixing bugs and improving the game interface. Firstly, thanks to everyone who filled up the survey to provide us with valuable feedback. Based on the community’s requests and feedback, we will be adjusting the mines and adding a few new features to improve the player's experience playing Defina.
Defina will have a game maintenance at February 24, 2022, starting at 12:30PM UTC. All players will be removed from their mines. Vrykos Tower Missions are unaffected. It will last for 4 hours.

QoL Updates
- 🔇 Mute Button
You can now mute the game in one press.
The music bugs such as from Hyper Skills and Mystic Chest has also been fixed
- 🧑🤝🧑 Team Formation
We have added 2 more slots in the [Formation] tab. You are able to choose a preset team formation for [Mining Pool] and [Vrykos’ Tower]. You can also change heroes before you [Fight].
️⛏️ Mining
- 📡 Radar
You have the option to pay a certain amount of $FINA to let the Radar scan and search an available Mine for 2 minutes. During the searching time window, you could search any type of Mining areas.
2. The number of mines in Amethyst, High Concentration and Kyanite has been increased.
- Mining rewards per mine are reduced.
- The total reward pool for mines has increased by 5% from the added mines.
- Heroes entering their corresponding rarity of mining area will get additional bonds buff.
🛡️Mine Shields Update
- Duration of the [Auto-shield] is 2 HOURS for SS, S and A.
- One-time Shield Application
You cannot add another shield when the applied shield expires.
E.g. After 1H auto-shield + 8H applied shield, you will not be able to apply on another shield. You can still apply a shield after the auto-shield expires if you have yet to add a shield yet. - Forge Shields 🛡️⚒️🛡️
Pay $FINA to merge your shields into a higher duration. You need the same amount of lower duration shields to upgrade into a higher duration shield.
Go to [Bag] -> Press Shield (1H, 4H, 8H) to forge. Max of 24H
Each merge has a fee of 0.10 FINA.
Forging shields has two outcomes:
1. The consumed shields will have a longer duration.
2. The upgrade fails and 1 shield will be refunded.
Example:
Mining is subject to change at more feedback and suggestions.
Vrykos Tower 2.0

Completed quests will be placed at the bottom of the Vrykos’ Tower page. - Vrykos’ Tower 2.0 Trigger Rate Increased [FINA-based]📈
Vrykos V2 Quests is now easier to trigger by spending FINA. - Vrykos Tower 2.0 AI Difficulty Adjustment 🧟
Monsters will now have similar attributes and stats based on the difficulty of the quest.
Ex: Monsters in the SSS quests will use SSS hero’s stats.
Battle
- Shield Bar
Shield will appear on the HP bar in a different color.
2. Base health of all Heroes are increased by 20%
Hero Level
- Any transfer of a Hero from one account to another will reduce a Hero’s Level by its last breakthrough level.
Ex: LV40 Solomon was transferred to an another account. Solomon will become LV35 and loses its LV40 breakthrough. The player has to purchase again Breakthrough III to make it LV40 again.
Auto-Mining
- The Mystic Points cost to purchase Mystic Chest will increase 5.2% weekly until it matches the economic model.
