Defina Continues to Build Amidst Bear Market

We would like to truly thank our community for their endless support and love for Defina since we started the journey together. From Mystery Box sales, launch of the beta to developing Finaverse together. This opportunity brings us to create bigger, better plans together.✨
The team recognizes that we are in an economic downturn. Earlier in the year we had decided to focus on releasing 1 major update (Finaverse) in-place of multiple small updates. We still hold strong to that decision and during the fearful market we decided it would be a good time for us to focus on developing Defina and communicate with our community via AMAs with our new plans. Our goal is to come out of these market conditions stronger and more resilient from the version of Defina that was released during the manic stage of Gamefi.
Currently, there has been no recorded perfect economic model in GameFi. After discussion and analysis of other gamefi projects as well as our past performance, we came up with a conclusion that a game should be able to allow different needs of players to be matched up so the supply and demand of the token are circulated through the players instead of mainly minted from the reward pools. We have a deep faith that blockchain is the innovation that traditional gaming needs.
In line with the previous AMA, the team has also updated the roadmap that resulted in rearranging the game mode development priority. Please do note that the estimated development time and bug testing time, it is not the date when Finaverse will be released. Along the pipeline, the current version of Defina will have a balance update soon.

Land Sale Delay
As stated in the AMA, private land sale will be delayed until players have experienced playing in the Public Land in Finaverse. Moreover, this allows the team to better time the launch with desirable market conditions where marketing will bring us more exposure to both gamefi and traditional players. Despite its delay, we have already completed private land fundamentals, its exclusive features and the required artworks, further providing us the time to fully develop the game and its features, bringing you a better experience with the launch of Finaverse.
